4 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. melted unsalted butter
2 c. cake flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/4 c. blueberries
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use paper liners in muffin tins
(12). In a mixer, whip cream cheese with lemon juice and
vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs. Add milk and butter. Mix

cheese mixture well. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into
muffin tins 3/4 full. Sprinkle top with cinnamon mixture.
Bake 30 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
