SARA'S BLUEBERRY ROLL 2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen) 2 c. water 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. butter sugar cinnamon In a 2-inch deep skillet which can go in the oven, cook sugar and water for 5 minutes. Make a rich biscuit dough from a biscuit mix following directions on box. Roll 1/4-inch thick. Spread with berries and roll as for a jelly roll. Slice into 1 1/2-inch wide pieces. Place cut side down in the pan of hot syrup. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees about 25 minutes until golden brown.
