FRESH BLUEBERRY CREAM PIE

1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or
margarine
3 Tbsp. chopped pecans or
walnuts

Combine sour cream, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg.
Beat 5 minutes at medium speed or until smooth. Fold in
blueberries. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min-
utes. Remove from oven. Mix flour, butter and pecans.
Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 more minutes.
Cool. Chill before serving.
