MINIATURE TARTS 6 oz. cream cheese 1 c. butter or margarine 2 c. flour fruit preserves, jam or marmalade Blend softened cream cheese and softened butter; add flour, mixing well. Cover dough and chill. Roll dough into balls large enough to press around the bottom and sides of miniature muffin pans. Fill half full with preserves. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before removing from pan. Makes 4 dozen.
