1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 large or 3 small apples,
sliced and peeled
Blend all ingredients, except apples, in blender. Set
aside. Heat oven to 425 degrees. In pan, 13 x 9-inches, melt 1 cube
butter. Coat and brown apples with butter (about 5 minutes).
Add flour mixture over apples and pop in oven 20 minutes.
Serve with powdered sugar on top or brown sugar or syrup.
