HUNGARIAN CSOROGE
(Fried Twists)
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks
dash of salt
2 c. flour, sifted
shortening for frying

Add all or enough flour to egg yolks and sour cream to
make a soft dough. Knead until smooth. Roll out very thin.
Cut into diamond shapes. Make a slit in center and pull 1 end
through slit. Fry in deep fat until very light brown. Drain.
Dust generously with powdered sugar.
