CHEESE PIE 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 1 graham cracker crust 1/2 carton sour cream 1 Tbsp. vanilla (added later) Beat eggs at low speed. Add sugar and Philadelphia cream cheese; mix well. Bake in graham cracker crust 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 1 hour, then add topping. Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Return to oven. Bake at 475 degrees for 5 minutes (if Cool Whip is too frozen). Cool and serve.
