COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 1 pkg. yeast 1/4 c. water 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. milk (lukewarm) 3 Tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. soda 2 eggs, unbeaten 5 c. sifted flour Put yeast in large bowl (mixing). Add 1/4 cup lukewarm water. When yeast is dissolved, add flour and then add sugar, salt, soda, eggs, cottage cheese and lukewarm milk in that order. Mix all ingredients (will be firm). Knead until it will not adhere to counter or board. Bake at 400 degrees. Makes 2 dozen.
