CINNAMON ROLLS

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk, warm
2 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add to sugar and shortening
mixture. Add eggs and flour mixture, salt and raisins (if
desired). I like cardamom for flavoring or vanilla. Form into
rolls to suit. Let rise and bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes.
Roll out dough and spread with melted margarine. Sprinkle with
sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and slice 1/4-inch. Place in
greased pan.
