RYE BREAD

5 c. warm milk
2 c. warm water
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. rye flour
2 dry yeast
4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. molasses
8 c. white flour

Put milk, water, sugar, salt, molasses and yeast in
bowl. Let set 10 minutes, then put rye flour and white flour
and knead. Let rise 2 hours and set in loaf pan and then let
rise 1 hour. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
