FRENCH TOASTED MUFFINS 4 eggs 1/2 c. half and half 2 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 6 Bays English muffins 4 Tbsp. butter Beat eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla. Soak muffins cut side down for 1 minute. Turn and dip other side. Stack cut side up until ready to cook. Fry cut side down in butter over medium heat until golden brown. Turn and fry 2 to 3 minutes more. Serve with syrup.
