PECAN PIE
(9-Inch)
3 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. white sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
1 tsp. allspice
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs, add corn syrup, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Beat well, then add oil, allspice and the chopped pecans. Give
extra beat. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in slow 325 degrees
oven for 45 minutes. Increase oven to 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Pie is done if an inserted knife comes out clean when inserted
in pie.
