PIE CRUST 4 c. flour 4 tsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 c. shortening 1 egg, beaten well 2 tsp. white vinegar water Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and shortening in large bowl. Blend well. Beat egg well in measuring cup; add vinegar. Add enough water to make 3/4 cup liquid. Add to first mixture. This is a large batch, may be wrapped in wax paper and stored in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
