3 c. self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 can (12 oz.) warm beer
Mix flour and sugar. Add beer, a little at a time,
until elastic. Put in loaf pan; set in warm place for 1 hour.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
