EASY BREAD

1 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. dry yeast

Dissolve yeast in cup. Add:
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
Then add 2 1/2 cups flour. Knead, the longer the
better. Coat a bowl with oil; cover dough with oil. Set in
warm place until dough doubles in size. Poke down; knead
again. Makes into loaves, rolls or cinnamon rolls. Be sure to
grease the pans. Let stand 1 hour longer and bake at 375 degrees for
10 to 15 minutes, being careful not to overbake. Bread is done
when thumped, it sounds hollow. For softer crust, brush with
margarine before and after baking.
