DELICIOUS BANANA BREAD 3/4 c. butter or oleo 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk 1/2 c. nuts Blend butter or oleo, sugar, bananas, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add alternately with sour milk; fold in nuts and bake in greased loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
