FRESH RHUBARB PIE|
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Mix sugar, flour and rhubarb together. Put in pie
shell; dot with butter. Put pie shell on top. Put slits in
top crust. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 425 degrees. Makes 1 (9-inch)
