RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE Beat slightly 3 eggs and 3 tablespoons milk; mix and stir in: 2 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. nutmeg Mix in 4 cups cut rhubarb; pour into unbaked 9-inch pie crust. Streusel Topping: 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/4 c. soft butter Mix ingredients well. Put on top of pie and bake at 400 degrees in moderate oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
