PUMPKIN CAN BREAD 3 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. oil 2 c. canned pumpkin 3 1/3 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice 2 tsp. soda 2/3 c. water nuts 3 (1 lb.) coffee cans Makes 3 (1 pound) coffee cans of bread. Grease and flour each can. Cream sugar with eggs and oil. Add canned pumpkin, then flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin spice and soda, alternately with 2/3 cup water. Add nuts. Spoon into greased cans or loaf pans and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
