HONEY PUMPKIN PIE

1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. honey
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground allspice

Beat the eggs and mix the remaining ingredients. Pour
in the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce
heat to 350 degrees and bake additional 45 minutes or until knife
inserted into filling comes out clean.
