EASY PIE CRUST Single Crust: 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour 1/3 c. oil (not Mazola) 2 Tbsp. water 1/2 tsp. salt Double Crust: 1 3/4 c. flour 1/2 c. oil 3 Tbsp. water 1 tsp. salt Stir all ingredients together in pie plate. (Double crust only: remove half of dough.) Press out with fingers to cover pie plate. Top Crust: Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper. Moisten countertop to hold wax paper (it will keep it from sliding).
