CARAMEL NUT LOAF

1/4 c. butter or margarine,
melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 can (10 count) biscuits

Combine all ingredients, except biscuits. Spread
mixture in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Cut biscuits
in half and place on top of mixture, pressing down slightly.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven, invert on
serving dish. Serve hot. Serves 4 to 6 people.
