GINGERBREAD 2/3 c. shortening 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. molasses 1 c. sour milk 1 tsp. soda 2 eggs 3 c. flour 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. cinnamon pinch of salt Combine molasses, sour milk and soda. Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add alter- nately with milk, molasses and soda. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done by inserting toothpick and it comes out clean.
