EARLINE'S EASY ROLLS

1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and margarine. Cool to
lukewarm. Sprinkle yeast into warm water and stir to dissolve.
Stir into yeast mixture the lukewarm milk mixture, the beaten
eggs and half of the flour. Beat with electric mixer until
smooth. Put aside mixer and add remaining flour and mix with a
wooden spoon. Beat until smooth. Sprinkle board lightly with
flour and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth. Let rise and
knead down slope. Let rise until double in bulk. Roll out, cut
and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
