PEACH COBBLER

1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Heat oven to 400 degrees (moderately hot). Heat fruit with
syrup. Blend in cornstarch dissolved in water. Bring to a
boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Stir
Bisquick and sugar together. Stir in milk and oil. Drop dough
by spoonfuls over top of hot fruit. Bake 20 minutes. Serve
hot with cream. Makes 2 servings.
