3 eggs, beaten
1 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated and
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple,
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased
and floured pans. Can use 2 pound empty, clean coffee cans or
