SUGAR CREAM PIE|
1 pt. half and half
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
dash of salt
1/2 stick butter
Cook half and half, sugar, flour and salt in heavy pan
until hot over medium heat. Add butter; cook until thick.
Pour into a baked pie shell and refrigerate. Nutmeg sprinkled
on top is optional.
