NO KNEAD FRENCH BREAD II (WHOLE WHEAT)

1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. water
2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
3 c. stone ground whole wheat
flour
1 c. plus bread flour (white)
1 egg white
poppy or sesame seed

Follow directions for French Bread I adding whole wheat
flour to processor first. Then adding bread flour as needed to
make stiff dough.
For both recipes four loaves may be made instead of two.
It makes the crustier, chewier loaves some people prefer.
