STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. thawed frozen sliced
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Combine dry ingredients, add eggs, oil, strawberries and
pecans. Stir just until all ingredients are moistened. Spoon
into 2 well greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for
60 to 70 minutes. Cool in pans 5 minutes and remove to racks. This is a recipe from our database at Cookbooks On/Line!
