6 WEEK BRAN MUFFINS|
6 c. All-Bran (or Buds)
2 c. boiling water
1 c. butter or margarine
3 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
5 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
Melt butter in water; pour over 2 cups of bran. Mix
this mixture with rest of bran, sugar, eggs and buttermilk.
Add flour, soda and salt. Store in covered container in fridge
for up to 6 weeks. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
