WORLD'S BEST PUMPKIN PIE
(In All Modesty!)
3 eggs
1 pt. half and half
2 (9-inch) pie shells

Set out to come to room temperature eggs, half and half
and pie shells. Two hours later; preheat oven to 450 degrees. Crimp
pie shell rims.
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 lb. can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
Mix together ingredients. Add slightly beaten eggs and
half and half, put pie shells in oven on preheated cookie
sheets, pour pumpkin mixture in and bake 10 minutes, turn oven
down to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes or until set. Serve with
whipped cream.
