PEACH CREAM PIE 1 unbaked pie shell 3/4 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon fresh peach halves 1/2 pt. heavy cream Make an unbaked pie shell. Mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon; sprinkle some of this mixture on pie shell. Arrange fresh peach halves (cut side up) in shell. Sprinkle rest of mixture over peaches. Pour heavy cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until cream boils up.
