PEACH CREAM PIE
1 unbaked pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
fresh peach halves
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Make an unbaked pie shell. Mix together sugar, flour
and cinnamon; sprinkle some of this mixture on pie shell.
Arrange fresh peach halves (cut side up) in shell. Sprinkle
rest of mixture over peaches. Pour heavy cream over all. Bake
