BISCUIT MIX
(For Peanut Butter Snack Loaf)
10 c. flour
1 2/3 c. instant nonfat dry
milk
1/3 c. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. shortening

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly in a large container (6
to 8 quart capacity). Cut in shortening with pastry blender
mixer. Store lightly covered. Use for biscuits, muffins,
pancakes, peanut butter snack loaf, cinnamon coffee cake, peach
cobbler, carrot-raisin cookies, tuna, pizza and chicken and
dumplings. Contains 15 calories.
