DIET BANANA BREAD|
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted shortening
2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener equal
to 1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 medium bananas, mashed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder, soda
and salt together. Combine shortening, eggs, Sucaryl and
vanilla. Add to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is
moistened. Fold in mashed bananas, turn into a well greased
loaf pan. Bake 60 minutes or until done. Makes 12 servings,
123 calories each.
