CORNMEAL CRACKERS

1 c. yellow meal
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar or
sweetener
1 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 egg white, beaten

In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, sugar, salt, onion,
margarine and hot sauce; add hot water. Stir until water is
absorbed. Stir in egg white. Drop by teaspoon on lightly
greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove;
cool. Makes 4 dozen.
