BLUEBERRY COTTAGE CHEESE MUFFINS|
1/4 c. low-fat creamed cottage
3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. skim milk
1 c. blueberries
2 Tbsp. sugar or substitute
Mix all together lightly. Spoon into 10 lightly greased
muffin cups. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
