SKINNY PIE CRUST

1/2 c. sifted all-purpose
flour
1/4 c. diet margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Have diet margarine at room temperature (this is impor-
tant). Sift flour, salt and baking powder together in a deep
bowl. Add margarine all at once. Cut in with fork or pastry
blender and continue mixing until pastry sticks together. Shape
into a ball. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until chilled
(one hour or more). Makes a single 8-inch pie crust with
cutouts; 429 calories, conventional recipe contains 1,045
calories.
