SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 1 c. raisins 1 c. sour cream 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. water 2 eggs 3 Tbsp. cornstarch sprinkle of salt Note: To save calories, substitute Equal for sugar and use Lite sour cream. (Throw calories away.) Cook raisins in the 2 cups of water until done. Beat yolks of eggs; add sour cream. Mix dry ingredients together and stir into egg and cream mixture, stirring until smooth. Add to raisins and cook until thick. Pour into a baked pie shell and cover with meringue made from stiffly beaten egg whites and 4 tablespoons sugar. Brown slowly in oven.
