SHOO-FLY PIE 1 c. brown sugar (Sugar Twin) 2 Tbsp. butter (Butter Buds, instead) 2 egg yolks, beaten 2 egg whites, beaten 1 c. raisins Cook raisins for 10 minutes or until water has cooked down. Cool. Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks and raisins. Fold in egg whites. Pour into pie shell. Bake in slow oven until knife comes out clean.
