5 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Sweet 'N
2/3 c. 2% milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. water packed fruit
Melt 1 stick of butter in bottom of baking dish. Spoon
batter over bottom. Pour fruit over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for
50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 8 servings, 126
