CHOCOLATE MINCE PECAN PIE

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. pecans (halves)
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 egg
1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened
chocolate, melted
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry
shell
whipped cream and pecan halves
to garnish

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine sugar and flour. Add egg
and mix well. Add mincemeat, pecans, chocolate and margarine.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees;
reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Bake 50 minutes longer.
