ANY TIME MUFFINS 2 c. rolled oats 2 c. boiling water 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 1 qt. buttermilk 3 c. whole wheat flour 2 c. white flour 5 tsp. baking soda 4 c. all-bran cereal 1 tsp. salt Combine oats and boiling water together and set aside. Mix all ingredients together; then add oatmeal. Last add all-bran. Then put in a large container so you can have muffins over 2 weeks or so; it will keep okay. Just bake in muffin pan at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
