MATZOH MEAL PUFFS|
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. matzoh meal
1 Tbsp. sugar
Bring water and salad oil to a boil. Remove from heat
and drop in matzoh meal. Beat in eggs one at a time. Spoon
small ball on cookie sheet as for creme puffs. Bake 30 minutes
at 400 degrees, then 5 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, serve with cream
or lemon curd.
