YEAST ROLLS 1 1/2 c. warm water 2 pkg. yeast 4 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 4 Tbsp. oil 5 c. flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and oil. Add salt and flour; mix until a soft dough forms. Knead several minutes. Let rise 1 hour, then roll into small balls. Put in pan and let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
