GRANNY'S ALL GOOD PIE 2 c. sugar 2 c. raisins 1 c. nuts 1 c. butter 5 large eggs, separated 3 Tbsp. vinegar 1 Tbsp. water Melt butter. Beat egg whites. Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg yolks, raisins, nuts, water and vinegar. Fold in egg whites. Pour into 2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; turn down to 300 degrees and bake until custard is set and top is brown.
