PIE CRUST 4 c. flour 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 3/4 c. shortening 1 large egg 2 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. water Put flour, sugar and shortening in large bowl and mix well. Add shortening and mix until crumbly. In small bowl, beat together egg, water and vinegar. Combine two mixtures. Mix with hands. Makes 2 double and 1 single crusts.
