PECAN TARTS 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1/4 c. water 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 3/4 tsp. vanilla Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, water, flour and salt and mix well; beat in eggs one at a time. Add milk and mix well; stir in pecans and vanilla. Spoon into about 24 small tart shells (number depends on size). Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven about 20 minutes or until filling puffs in center and is well browned. Cool before cutting. If desired, bake in 9-inch pie shell.
