DIETERS CHEESE PANCAKES 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 1/2 c. liquified nonfat milk or skim milk 1 Tbsp. melted margarine 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese Sift flour and baking powder. Combine egg and milk; gradually add to dry ingredients, beating well after each addition. Stir in margarine. Grease your eight inch skillet very lightly. Start baking pancakes over low heat, one at a time. As each cake is baked, remove from skillet. Spread with some of the cottage cheese and roll up. Contains approximately 90 calories each.
