BANANA BREAD 1 c. butter 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour 4 medium bananas 2 eggs 1 c. sugar Cream butter, eggs and sugar. Mash bananas. Add to creamed mixture. Mix in flour alternately. Pour in loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
