SWEET POTATO PIE
4 c. mashed potatoes
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 unbaked pie shells
Cook sweet potatoes in water until well done. Drain
well. Mash and measure potatoes. Place potatoes in large
bowl. Stir in margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a
time. Mix in milk and vanilla flavoring. Mix in with electric
mixer until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at
